The mission of my work is to provide learning experiences that promote leadership, collaboration, critical thinking, transformation, and ultimately success.

I do this by recognzing the uniqueness of individual needs, and create an atmosphere that addresses a collaborative and constructively critical assessment of these needs. A critical assessment does not mean to, nor need to, come across as a punitive assessment but simply an honest, respectful, and knowledgeable appraisal of the topic at hand. Once an honest and respectful assessment is established, we work toward ways to transform former habits to promote continuous improvement and success.
